Freelanced Digital partnered with Co-op Dayton, a prominent community-focused organization in Dayton, Ohio, to revolutionize their Salesforce CRM system. Our collaboration aimed to boost their digital capabilities and community engagement effectiveness.
 
Project Goals
Our primary objective was to create a robust, digitally-powered community intake system, integrating dynamic intake forms seamlessly connected to their CRM. We also focused on strategically segmenting their contacts into distinct community subsets, enhancing Co-op Dayton’s outreach and impact.

Blog articles for Here to Serve were all living directly off the root of the domain, not aggregating equity, so traffic was trending down. Articles were unstructured and missing key internal links, so they were missing out on valuable traffic.
Results
We migrated articles under a blog subfolder to aggregate equity across the entire blog. We then optimized timely articles, increasing traffic by over 200% and impressions 380% YoY.

Here to Serve provides comprehensive care and services to support the everyday challenges and in-home needs of families with children navigating cancer. They build online communities, assign family care coordinators, and provide resources to families battling cancer.

Holidays are critical for e-commerce brands, and Nikon needed a big return on their investment in Amazon PPC for a new product during the holiday season. We worked in Amazon Vendor Central for two holiday seasons to sell new products on a new advertising platform. 
Results
We launched and optimized PPC campaigns for two seasons, more than doubling revenue YoY at an ACOS of 4.43%. These efforts elevated the advertised products in Amazon search results, as well as driving “halo sales” from partnering retailers.
